Approved_BusinessPhilanthropyMark_WebDo you need to generate more revenue or secure investment funding with private investors? Are you an entrepreneur or philanthropist in need of alternative income options and strategies to move your vision forward?

Dr. Tammé Shinshuri is a Business Philanthropist. She works with entrepreneurs and philanthropists to transform their for-profit or non-profit business into a socially beneficial and sustainable business enterprise. Learn how to use the low-profit limited liability (L3C) corporation to transform your business into a self-sustaining operation.

Business Philanthropy is a generative-income business operations model. It focuses on helping entrepreneurs and philanthropists identify, plan, develop, and implement revenue-generating solutions. It is a bridge that closes the gap that exists in securing investment funding and attaining long-term profitability in any socially beneficial enterprise, for-profit, or non-profit business venture.

Dr. Shinshuri developed this philanthropic business model to align with the L3C tax structure. An L3C is a for-profit, social enterprise venture that has a stated goal of performing a socially beneficial purpose while receiving a financial return.

The L3C corporate structure is gaining momentum across the United States. Legislation has passed in several states and Indian reservations including: California, Connecticut, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Wyoming, and federal jurisdiction of Crow Indian Nation of Montana and the Oglala Sioux Tribe.
